Michael Bina is looking for a foster transfer for Penny
Penny was found alone in the hills of Topanga by a neighbor. I helped trap her and have been caring for her since. She is very skittish and runs away when I get close but I have been able to feed her Churru treats and hold her and pet her after which she seems to enjoy when she lets me. She also rubs up against my leg and lets me pet her during feeding time, so she is socializable. I'm hoping to find her another foster that might have a better situation and time to further socialize her so she is adoptable. She probably needs to be confined to a small area so she can't run away and needs time to be spent with her regularly so she gets more comfortable with regular human contact.
